Installation Instructions

1. If Internet explorer blocks your download, left click on the yellow warning bar and choose "Download File...".

2. When prompted to save or run, click the "Run" button.

3. You may recieve a security warning indicating the file is an executable, click "Run".

4. Once the program is lauched, you will be promted to give a unique ID to your technician.
